На http://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html можно скачать бинарники ffmpeg для своей системы. Если ffmpeg.exe не прописался в %path%, дописать его или выполнить set "PATH=%PATH%;C:\путь до ffmpeg\bin".
В итоге получаем полезный инструмент, который может делать с видео много чего полезного, если читать документацию или погуглить команду для нужного действия.
Распаковав где-нибудь бинарники с ffmpeg, то, что сказал underwit, можно сохранить в *.bat как
set "PATH=%PATH%;C:\папка\папка с ffmpeg\bin".
ffmpeg -i "%~1" -f mp3 -ab 192000 -vn "%~n1.mp3"
И вызывать, перетащив файл с видео на этот батник. (разумеется, "C:\папка\папка с ffmpeg" заменить на расположение ffmpeg). После перетаскивания на батник видео, запустится ffmpeg и после его завершения в текущей папке будет файл .mp3
Конвертит почти всё во всё (и видео и аудио), есть список задач (можно ставить на ночь, например), маленький и шустрый. Пользуюсь версией примерно 5-тилетней давности, ессно крякнутой. Вот оф. сайт
