The Bastion has ah'/ays been a part of the Tenan Republic interstellar fleet inducing the early hitiath/es to colonize Auraxis. After the collapse of the wormhole, several of these were stranded on Auraxis, but remained relatively unused It was only after the appearance of the Vsmu Soverergnty’s Apocalypse BattleCruiser that attention was brought back to the Bastion. Wth its engnes re-fitted fa atmospheric flight, the Bastion was resurrected with frie goal of being the central piece of the TR air combat doctrine. It quickly earned its place with its ability to project Terran Republic's military might anywhere on Auraxis. Compared to the Capital ships of the NC and VS, the Bastion isa relatively lightly armed vessel. Its true strength lies h its nanite-driven mobile spawning tubes and aircraft pads. These marvels of Auraxian technology allow the TR to bring their dominating air paver to the battle anytime and most importantly, anywhere.
