Panda Cubs Wrestle with Breeder to Avoid Medication,News & Politics,,A pair of baby panda cubs team up to resist their keeper's attempts to give them medicine in southwest China's giant panda breeding research base. Full Story: Two mischievous Panda cubs in Southwest China's Sichuan province learned the value of teamwork when it came to taking their medicine, doubling up to stop their keeper from giving them a nutritional serum. The two one-year-old pandas, known as Little Meng and Big Meng, staged an all-out assault on their keeper at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, taking it in turns to climb on the keeper's back whenever he was close to administering the nutritional fluid. Eventually the breeder managed to get the syringe into the pandas' mouths, though he nearly lost it in the process. After returning to the enclosure and receiving similar treatment, he appeared to make a quick exit, leaving the two to play.
