We all had awesome childhoods playing carelessly, enjoying sunlight outside, chilling with friends... In France, Digimon was also quite the popular franchise on playgrounds and on TV. We didn't have the same opening however (and the one we had was quite dull imo), but yet, we remember having cassette tapes and DVDs with episodes showcasing the japanese opening. And very quickly, it may have become what we consider to be our "childhood tune". A thrilling tune, with a voice and lyrics making us smile and remember the good old times. Rest in peace Kouji Wada, for your work will live on for generations beyond.
