As described to me, the Imugi, a monster of Korean origin, were giant serpents that should they survive to one thousand years old would be transformed into a dragon. When going into this design I wanted to take inspiration from gaboon vipers as they are incredibly dangerous if you agitate them but are fairly benign when left alone. Thats sort of how I saw the Imugi.
