Недавно наткнулся в сети на такую вещь как Amper - сайт, умеющий генерировать музыку по заданным параметрам. То есть вы указываете общую направленность - классический рок, фолк, поп и т.д., выбираете подкатегорию (скажем, грустный или мрачный героический), указываете инструменты, ритм, длину трека, нажимаете "отрендерить" и через несколько секунд получаете трек, который, может быть, и не доведёт матерого меломана до экстаза, но который вполне можно поставить фоном к презентации или какому-нибудь спидпэинту. Это основное отличие от прежних программ, создающих музыку - от человека тут требуется минимум усилий.

Amper записал целый альбом под названием I AM AI, первый сингл с него - Break Free, вышел 21 августа. Вокальную часть в нём, правда, исполнила Тэрин Саузерн.
