MIG-29 - FLYIN' SO HIGH - 15th Anniversary of Space Affairs,Travel,,More information: http://www.space-affairs.com SPACE AFFAIRS turned 15 years in 2015. We started in 2000 as first in Europe who offering Space & Aerospace adventures and events. For private customers also for commercial ones. On March 31, 2015 one of our best customers, Walter from Switzerland, did his special flight adventure with the Russian MIG-29UB "Fulcrum". His pilot Andreij flown him on highest possible altitudes on the flight day and aferwards both flown a lot of aerobatics. Some, what only the MIG-29 can do. Walter, by himself an aviator took a lot of time the control stick by himself. We equipped the MIG-29 for this flight with 6 cameras, 3 of them were mounted outside at the right tail. The footage what was made with all of the cams plus one ground operation cam was edited in a multi-angle movie and we wanted to present it here to our customers, business friends, friends, fans and to everybody who is still interested in aviation. This is jetflying par excellance! Thanks to all of you for the last 15 extraordinary years! More to come!
From The Pilots Seat MIG 29 - To the Stars and Aerobatic Flight,Travel,,More information: http://www.space-affairs.com/index.php?wohin=edge_of_space-de Flying on high altitudes with us will also give you a feeling of g-forces! First you will go up to the stratopshere in only 12 minutes, altitudes between 18 and 21 kilometers are possible, depending on temperatures of the atmosphere. You will fly supersonic speed between Mach 1,6 and Mach 1,8. After descending from high altitudes, your pilot of the day will show you aerobatic maneuvers like loopings, rolls, knife, reverse flights, high performance 360 degree turns, high g-force anti missile maneuvers (between +7 and +9G) and other actions. This all depends of course on your command and your feelings during the flight. This flight was performed on February 16, 2015 with Alex from Germany. Yury Poljakov, test pilot of the Sokol airplant showed him during the flight what does it mean to fly in the MIG-29 "Fulcrum" in Nizhny Novgorod, where we are flying jets since 2006. Alex and Yuri reached max altitude of 18 km, +7G and -2G. You can do also if your dream is to fly high as possible and hard as possible. The specialists at the airbase have more than 80 years experience with flying. The flights to high altitude will be done without a pressure suit but you wear a full anti-g-force suit and you are safe equipped. To use a pressure suit means a lot of training for a pilot and his backseater, and a bail out in high altitude during such flights is nearby impossible, also a loss of cabin pressure. Of course the changings of pressure during the flight you will feel. A little bit more like on normal passenger flights with an airline carrier. We performed dozens of flights in this altitudes and our customers loved it. Afterwards they know, what does it mean to fly in such a high performance fighter jet, high above and with a lot of g-force attraction. A good training by the way before to think about to order a ticket for a suborbital ride! We have more than 15 years of experience with jet flights around the world and we only fly there where we know it is safe to fly and the conditions and infrastructure around will hit our high level quality and safety aspects for the customers, and the flight event itself. MIG-29 Flight To The Edge Of Space - From The Pilots Seat,Travel,,More information: http://www.space-affairs.com/index.php?wohin=edge_of_space The world is big, from the top! Flying with a MIG-29 "Fulcrum" to the 'edge of space' is one of our most incredible adventures. Most have only one word to say after this experience: awesome! You will fly high as possible (depends on the weather and other conditions of the day). Especially in winter times you will have the possibility to fly up between 63,000 and 75,000 feet. You will see that the sky is getting darker as higher you fly. Curvature of Earth comes out more brightly. At the horizon you can see the different atmosphere layers and depends on altitude, the total mass of Earth's atmosphere is to 95% below you! Beside the high altitude flight (so named 'to the edge of space flights'), depending on total fuel afterwards the pilot in command shows some aerobatic maneuvers but this depends on the physis of the 2nd pilot of the day. This flight shows the full flight made with German photography artist Michael Najjar for his "outer space" project out of his point of view during the flight. (http://www.michaelnajjar.com) Data of the flight: Pilot in Command: Test pilot Yuri Polyakov (Test Pilot SOKOL building plant) 2nd pilot: Michael Najjar Max. altitude: 63,976 feet (19.500 meters) Min. altitude: 49,5 feet (15 meters) Max G-acceleration: +7G Min. G-acceleration: -1,5G Max. speed: MACH 1.8 - (1,188 mph - 1.912 km/h) Aerobatics: - Reverse Star - Looping (+7G) - Half Looping - Barrel Rolls (1x, 2x, 3x) - Knife - Inverted Flight - Low high speed path (15 m)
