Police Dashcam Captures Massive Gas Explosion in Wisconsin,Education,Police Dashcam Video,Police Dashcam,Police,Dashcam,** (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) ** Sun Prairie officials have released police dash cam video of the moment a gas main exploded July 10 in downtown Sun Prairie. During a news conference Thursday, officials said they have found no probable cause to pursue criminal charges related to the explosion July 10 that killed a Sun Prairie firefighter and destroyed numerous downtown buildings. Sun Prairie Police Chief Chief Patrick Anhalt said the explosion was caused by a crew from VC Tech after the intersection of Main and Bristol streets was improperly marked. Investigators say the intersection was not completely marked because of miscommunication between subcontractors.
