В человеческой популяции существуют победители генетической лотореи, которые всю свою долгую жизнь могут жрать всё, что хотят, до отвала, и ничего плохого им за это не бывает.
И я сейчас не про себя. Видел таких.
Но иногда лучше перестраховаться. Соль и жир сердцу не друзья.
А сильные и слабые стороны своей наследственности ещё нужно выявить.
Из недостатков - отвращение к рыбе и прочим продуктам из рек и морей, из плюсов - вес не набираю вообще, поджелудочная не болит.
