Студию разработчиков Saints Row закрыли спустя 30 лет работы

Embracer Group расправилась с Volition в рамках масштабной программы по реструктуризации и сокращению расходов. Последним релизом Volition стал перезапуск франшизы Saints Row, вышедший летом 2022 года.
Что с Saints Row будет дальше — неизвестно.

Только вот речь о студии а не о человеке. И в этой студии на момент ее закрытия от первоначального состава уже никого не осталось. Да что там первоначального - состав менялся как минимум на 40-60% с каждым последующим релизом. И все люди, работавшие в ней, большей частью продолжают работать, но уже в других студиях. Так что хоронить здесь можно разве что название. Ну а что до серии Saints Row - так она давно уже достигла своего логического завершения. В общем, не о чем грустить

Плохие новости это выход предыдущей Saints Row, а это естественный процесс, когда компания разучается делать игры не понимает кто в их игры играет.
