Часто ты армируешь кирпичные стены малоэтажных домов? Если возникающие напряженно-деформированное состояние не является критичным для физико-механических свойств материала - то толку от этой арматуры не будет. Такие хатки из кизяков делали 100 лет. И конкретно в этом примере скорее всего армирование вообще не нужно.
И чтоб закрыть вопрос:
Кирпичную кладку армируют:
1) в случае больших нагрузок (читай многоэтажные дома больше 7 где-то минимум);
2) в случае если ожидаются неравномерные осадки здания (читай протяженность в плане и невозможность устройства свай или нормальной подготовки основания);
3) сейсмичность района строительства.
Во всех остальных случаях - это глупость.
